His interest in medicine stemmed from a personal experience as a child. “I was involved in a traumatic accident at a young age that led me to rely on a team of doctors to get me back to my normal life,” he says. “This incident inspired me to pursue a career the medical field.”
Dr. Else enjoys creating lasting relationships. “By establishing long-term associations with my patients and their famili
es, I am able to provide the best medical services possible,” he says. “A trusting physician-patient relationship leads to better outcomes.”
Dr. Else advises people to stay active and eat well in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. “It’s important to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day,” he says. “This can often seem like a daunting task so I sit down with people and discuss what activities would be feasible for them and how they can ease into a regular routine.”
Dr. Else received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 2011. He earned a medical degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. He completed a family medicine internship and residency at the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in 2019. Awards that Dr. Else has won include:

Dr. Else’s personal interests include playing sports, attending Oklahoma State University football games, working out and traveling.
