Can't believe in February we hit one YEAR of working out of an office! And what a year it's been. I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to help so many people, and honestly I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for every single client trusting me with their health, spirit, mind, body, nervous system, and traumas. You are all such a gift in my life, truly, thank you. 🙏🏼
