Hardman Adult Literacy Services is to promote literacy through adult basic and English language instruction. This site is designed to promote Tulsa City-County Library. Content will be moderated by library staff and Tulsa City-County Library reserves the right to remove user-posted content. Library programs are free and open to the public. 59 million adults have literacy skills at or below Level 1—the lowest level.
They can understand very short, simple sentences, like determining from a job listing if the work is during the day or night or locating a phone number on a sign.
