Out at U-Haul Cornelius, crews have completed demolition of an existing building and are progressing through mass excavation, aggregate pier installation, and underground utilities. In Hillsboro, work at Sewell Corporate Park II includes site preparation, fill placement, utility upgrades, and frontage improvements that will support two new tilt-up warehouses totaling 295,000 SF.

What started as a Phase II expansion for West Coast Self Storage in East Vancouver now adds 45,000 SF of new space for a growing community.
Across the Northwest, fewer new projects have come online in recent years while existing units continue to fill. Demand is building again, and projects like this help meet that need. Completed ahead of schedule, the facility includes a semi-heated three-story building with associated site and landscape improvements.
