Why cycling for a cure? My journey started on Superbowl Sunday 2016, when I decided to take a 5 mile bike ride to a 5k run I was participating in. After the run, while riding back home, I was overcome with emotion that my granddaughter, Scarlett Parks, would never be able to run, ride a bike or maybe even walk or talk.
