As we get ready for another great school year, it’s time to complete a few important back-to-school forms. Please take a few minutes to complete the items below.

This application helps our school and families qualify for FREE school meals and ELOP services.
✅ We ask that all Liberty families complete this application online.

Please Note: If you have a new Liberty student attending this school year, you have already completed this application during the enrollment process and do not need to submit another one.

All Liberty students are required to have these agreements on file.

In-District Families

Liberty Preschool is Now Enrolling!

Children ages 2 years 9 months to 4 years old for the 2026 Summer and Fall School Year

Our program offers a high-quality early childhood education focused on nurturing each child’s growth and building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Children must be fully potty trained to enroll.

We provide:
• Morning snack
• Afternoon snack
• Lunch daily

Our preschoolers follow a consistent daily routine along with a weekly focus board to support targeted learning and development.

Preschool Hours:
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Tuition Rates:
5 days a week – $700
4 days a week – $625
3 days a week – $500
