Here’s a training on the Genius that I use and love. I pretty much follow Denise’s protocol to start my sessions and then I choose libraries to support what a client or myself is asking for and then I choose a topic that I see that is showing up repeatedly and catching my attention. If the client has a Quanta Capsule, I will export the frequencies to them and they can listen to them as often as they choose for a week after uploading them. I will also upload the frequencies of a session on myself to my own Quanta Capsule to listen to for a week, because it is quicker than running a new session every day.

We also have like a point and shoot camera version of the Genius with the Odyssey App. It is great for those who aren’t interested in analyzing what they are seeing and just want to get to the frequencies quickly. I have found that going deeper in the Odyssey from the same voice recording gets to the issue I am wanting to address, where the first one tends to go to something respiratory first. I don’t breathe deeply, due to the squared shape of my rib cage, so that is appropriate to me.
