As part of the University of Arizona Center for Rural Health's five-year strategic planning process, Joseph Ichter, DrPH, recently met with leaders from critical access hospitals across Northern Arizona. These conversations focused on the challenges and opportunities facing rural healthcare, including workforce, reimbursement, access to care, and health policy. The listening tour continues across Southern Arizona as AzCRH works alongside partners to improve the health and well-being of Arizona's rural and underserved communities.
