The quilts are back!
Quilt for a Cause will be at the Tucson Botanical Gardens mid June through August.

Quilt for a Cause auctions and sells handmade quilts donated by quilters, quilt patterns, and quilt-related products to support the screening for and treatment of women’s cancers.

Stroll through two galleries of lovingly crafted pieces handmade by local quilters. This summer’s exhibition includes a special collection of quilts celebrating America’s 250th anniversary, just in time for the 4th of July. You will also have the opportunity to enter the raffle to win a specially curated quilt of your own.

🎨✨ 2026 President’s Challenge: Your Favorite Color ✨🎨

What color makes your heart happy?

Guild President Nancy Landon is inviting members to create a quilt inspired by their favorite color! The challenge is simple: use only your favorite color (from the lightest shades to the darkest), and include at least one visible piece of green on the front in honor of Nancy’s favorite color. 🌿

Whether you love piecing, appliqué, embroidery, embellishments, or art quilting, this challenge is your chance to let your creativity shine.

This year’s stunning Opportunity Quilt, Celtic Whimsey, is a true work of art and a testament to the talent and dedication of our guild members. Measuring 76” x 88”, this breathtaking quilt was created by Caroline Ellermann, JoAnn Hinchliffe, Karen Kelter, Christine Nelson, Stephanie Nordlin, and Beverly Reiter, with quilting by Penny Boese and binding by Helen Frost.
