Contract Award: The Navajo Engineering and Construction Authority (NECA), under a contract from the Indian Health Service (IHS), awarded a contract to Riley Engineering for the design of cisterns and individual on-site wastewater treatment systems for homes in Sawmill Chapter. The scope includes initial homesite assessments of 32 individual homes (by IHS), archeological and
biological clearances, and proposed facility layouts (design). We are thrilled to continue serving the Navajo Nation and all tribes with necessary water infrastructure — the reason we were founded.
