Jim Click Automotive recognized nationally for increasing disability employment opportunities VIENNA, Va. (KVOA) - A Tucson business was among those honored by a national nonprofit for advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Last week at the SourceAmerica XForce 2026 National Conference, Beacon Group accepted the Business Partnership Award on behalf of our longtime partner, Jim Click of Jim Click Auto. The award is given to a business or individual who has partnered with a nonprofit to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities, and Jim Click exemplifies the spirit of this recognition.

He has partnered with Beacon Group for over 50 years, currently employing more than 40 workers with disabilities at his dealerships and creating employment opportunities for hundreds more over the years.

What makes this partnership especially meaningful is Mr. Click’s genuine commitment to the people he employs. He takes the time to build personal connections with Beacon employees and has created a culture of inclusion and respect at his dealerships.

We are so grateful for this partnership and proud to celebrate Mr. Click’s leadership and commitment to inclusive employment.
