They improve my work outs by giving me more energy, less soreness and speeding up fat burning. I take them 15 minutes before every work out on an empty stomach.

Here are 5 oils that should be avoided with pets. Citrus OIls, Pennyroyal, Wintergreen, Camphor and for CATS avoid Melaleuca or Tea Tree oil.

Here's a little more about Citrus Oils specifically:

Citrus oils, obtained from the fresh peels of ripe fruits, are used as flavoring agents. Citrus oil derivatives (D-limonene; linalool) are also used as insect repellents in people. Cats, puppies, and older dogs are especially sensitive to citrus oil products, especially concentrated “dips”, which can cause seizures, coma, and death. As a result, they should be avoided. Pennyroyal Oil, Oil of Wintergreen, Camphor, and specifically for CATS -- avoid Melaleuca Oil (Tea Tree Oil).
