Machine Comix

Just gonna leave this right here for now. As creators, we’re also still human. And subsequently, life happens. It doesn’t mean we don’t wanna be creative, in fact quite the opposite. Our creations allow us an outlet to express everything that’s inside of us. The past few years has been trying for MACHINE Comix. We didn’t get the launch we would’ve preferred for some of our titles, nor did we succeed at some of the shows we went to. In a responsible conversation, we own all of that. We chose every bit of it. On personal fronts, we’ve suffered losses. Family members who have moved on, some whose time had come, one who’s came too soon, and one whose time should’ve never come. And now, in the midst of a lot of things not feeling supportive in the world, or just plain true freedom to create, we’re picking ourselves up again, and moving forward, because that’s what we do. We tell stories because that’s who we are. We tell stories because it’s what we were meant to do. We tell the stories that nobody can. And for us to be held back by any number of things in life, including those we’ve lost, well, that would be a horrible story as to why we would stop creating. So thank you for your patience if you’ve been waiting. Thank you for the love and support personally and professionally. We’re still here, we’re still creating, because it’s who we are. - MACHINE Comix

Our collective hearts go out to the Goodman-Santana-Proudstar clan on the passing of one of our own, Xaier Goodman, grandson of one of our creators, Jon Proudstar. His journey with cancer has now ended, so that he may rest in peace, free of anymore pain. We love you 'X-man' and know you are always with us. A ho.
