We're set to open in 2015 but leasing for office,apartments and condominiums are available now. Rates for office leasing start at 3 dollars a square foot and go up to 15 per square foot. Most apartments start at 900 a month and can have over 3000 square feet and 3 bedrooms. We're conveniently located on the new mass transit system that the city has put in place. Small dogs under 30 pounds are allowed.
