With the development of our 3D TruCapture® scanning systems we have been able to eliminate most of the human error involved in producing custom orthotics. The combination of our accurate laser scanning and our Bio Dynamic air pillow we are able to scan your foot in a perfectly aligned position. Using the data from the eSoles 3D TruCapture technology, ePro footbeds are manufactured using state of the art 5 axis CNC machinery, allowing for consistent and accurate production. This process allows us to repeat the procedure of making your footbeds time after time without the need for additional scans. Our ePro Custom Footbeds are activity specific. Currently we make footbeds for walking, cycling, running, skiing, dress, fitness, golf, skate, field sports, and court sports. Each activity has a sports specific top cover, further customizing your footbed to your unique requirements. ePro Custom Footbeds use the highest quality materials featuring anti-bacterial and friction reducing technologies. Each custom insole is made with EVA foam, an ultra light material that provides superior support and alignment and is available in multiple densities. Each eFit Custom Modular Footbed comes with an interchangeable arch support system. This patented feature supports your arch and adapts to your feet by molding to them under normal body heat, using scientifically designed ribs to allow controlled flex as your feet move. Each product also comes with metatarsal pads, available in different heights, which help prevent hot spots and numbness in the forefoot and toe area.
