personalized assessment
pre-college basic skills development
career services
scholarships
financial aid
tutoring
internships or clinical placements
developmental education opportunities (if needed)
assistance with support services

WHO IS ELIGIBLE? To be eligible, you must be a Pima County Resident, 18 years or older AND:
at or below 70% of the Lower Living Income (LLIS) Standards as set by the U.S. Department of Labor
OR
Employed and living at or below 130% of the LLIS
OR
Receiving nutritional or financial assistance from the Arizona Department of Economic Security

HPOG is a study funded by the federal government which is being conducted to determine how these training opportunities help people improve their skills and find better jobs. During the study, all new eligible applicants will be selected by lottery to participate in these training opportunities.
