Natlaw’s Marek Dubovec and Bob Trojan joined the Working Group on Digital Assets and Private Law, which held its first meeting this week. The goal is to develop a set of private law principles to assist States and judges to address fundamental challenges posed by commercial transactions with digital assets. The project is scheduled to conclude in 2023.
