I have worked in the Tucson market since 1998 where I started under Don Thornton of Advantage Realtors. Under Don's wing I became very well versed in the fine points of real estate and owe a very warm Thank You to both Don & Cheryl. As the years went by I became the Designated Broker of Advantage Realtors until such time as Cheryl Thornton could take the reins. With my feet wet I ventured out in April of 2004 to start my own Company Strategy Realty LLC. During this time I worked in acquisition, renovation, and resale of residential properties. I then teamed up with Gary Morrell of Sonoran Design Group as a marketing consultant and worked in the field helping contractors with land, plat, splits, permits, strategic planning of the builds and the sale of new construction. Between new construction and renovation my heart really lies in the renovation aspect. I truly enjoy the older properties and respect the integrity of the builds.
