We frequently get asked about whether or not the DJ needs to be present for ceremony if there will be live musicians playing the music instead of the DJ. The answer is Yes for numerous reasons.We always mic up the Groom and the Officiant so that guests can hear everyone clearly. Today brought a perfect example or another reason. The Live Musician asked to plug into our sound system at the ceremony site. This will help things flow more smoothly as he is also playing Cocktail Hour. It saves down time of him having to move his equipment to 2 different areas.We love to make things as seamless as possible for everyone involved in the big day.
