He wrapped up this tattoo a few weeks ago, completed over 2 sessions. He's thankful to Andy for giving him full creative freedom with a simple list: psychedelic mushrooms, a skull, the Arizona desert, and a saguaro cactus; no reference, just his own pure imagination.
