A new study says processed foods may trigger inflammation in the body🔥

A study of over 6,000 Canadians found that processed foods, like chips, frozen pizza, and sugary cereals, are strongly associated with chronic inflammation and metabolic dysfunction 💥

The study found that people who ate the most of these foods had:

✔ Larger waist circumference
✔ Elevated blood pressure, insulin, and triglycerides
✔ Higher levels of C-reactive protein (a key inflammation marker)
✔ Increased white blood cells (another sign of inflammation)
