Speakers

Dr. Robinson is originally from Spokane, Washington. She attended the U of A in Tucson for undergraduate, went to medical school in the Caribbean (Ross University on the small island nation of Dominica), finished medical school training in Miami and then completed family medicine residency in Phoenix before returning to Tucson to complete her fellowship in geriatric medicine. She has a special interest in medication deprescribing and preventative care in older adults.

She works as a dementia consultant and BAI Tucson and focuses on the notion of “healthy body, healthy brain".

Beth is a native Tucsonan and graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Nutritional Science. She holds a Master’s degree from Northern Arizona University in leadership and is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2016, Beth was awarded by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as Outstanding Dietitian of the Year. She currently attends school at the University of Kansas and is in the Doctor of Clinical Nutrition program.

Chef Benjamin has 19 years of senior living experience as a Chef & Regional Food Service Director. During his career he also became a Certified Caregiver and Licensed Assisted Living Manager to better support the communities he worked in.

Specializing in a wide variety of cuisines, he focuses on flavorful, nutritious & healthy meals, also with a deep background in dietary accommodations to meet the needs of most.
