A bit about the author:
I remember being a math major at UNR with a scholarship... About then I made a few irresponsible decisions with some powerful psychedelics really heavily and... I don't really remember several of those years with any kind of chronological continuity.. I do remember waking up in the hills in the back of my truck one day thinking, "Wait, wasn't I just a math major?" I kinda lost the plot a couple of times here or there to be honest. (I regret nothing.) And yet integration and grounding have been my priorities for the last 6 years, ever since a very significant experience on Mt. Shasta on my 26th birthday.

These days I'm way more grounded and yet life is still full of mystery and magic. I think it's fair to say that these techniques are definitely practical, and the book contains some other interesting information about the current psychedelic therapy paradigm shift. (I don't really talk about my own story in this book, that's for another time, this one is straight substance. I hope it helps people.)
