Ingredients
40 g mixed dried mushrooms
boiling water
50 g carrot
90 g tomatoes
20 g olive oil

1 pack Noodles 150 gms pack, sufficient for 2 persons
5-6 cloves Garlic chopped (around 2 tsp)
1 medium White onion thick sliced
3 nos. Green Chillies sliced
1 cup Carrots julienned
1 cup Cabbage shredded
1 cup Green Bell Peppers julienned
3 tbsp Spring Onion Greens
2.5 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tsp White Vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
