🌻We will have a coloring station for kids and adults to participate in mindfulness including excerpts from Dr. Hartwell’s affirmation coloring book

Come enjoy these cool nights as the day time temps ramp up..we are rolling out a fun spin-the-wheel game where participants earn free things with purchases like plant babies and green tea :)

The event includes a water slide and slime making activity as well as other interactive events AND a car show!

Did you know that, from a mental health standpoint, Grief is a normal length of 1 year?

I miss the precious but also get to keep up my energy to keep up with our Willow girl

Grief has been slowing me down on social but I’ve been up to a lot of teaching, civic engagement, gardening, sustainability efforts behind the scenes.

Whew, camp Hartwell has been unusually quiet I know…The last month has been a veritable roller coaster!
There’s been such ups but also such downs.
Such joys and celebration but also such heartbreak and consternation.
I find myself walking away from many things to allow space for something greater and allow attention to my loved ones, to what brings me joy (hiking & gardening often), and to cultivate more peace in my life.
What has remained is that Yerbita, my 14 year old golden doodle rescue dog, has been battling for her life for the past month.
I have faith and hope that she is on the mend but your prayers are welcome 🦋
