This premium, student-run establishment showcases an exceptional blend of traditional American cooking and worldwide culinary influences, drawing inspiration from the regal beauty of the tiger and the rich, natural essence of American gastronomy.

The menu, designed by esteemed culinary instructors, offers a selection of dishes that celebrate local produce, with every ingredient chosen for its superior quality and freshness, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
