Fit Lab 5K

Follow a schedule. Once you've signed up for a race, you'll need to create a training schedule. Eric personally loves the Couch to 5K app, which is great for beginners and super user-friendly. Plus, at only 30 minutes, three times per week, it’s the perfect program for even the most time-strapped runner.

RACE START TIMES:

5K starts @ 8:00 a.m.

COST:

5K - $25 until September 25th @ 11:59pm

5K - $30 September 26th to race day

RACE DAY REGISTRATION:

Race day registration will be held at Eric's Fit Lab, located at 4985 Lavista Road, Suite H, Tucker, GA 30084 from 6:30am to 7:30am
