We have partnered with a company in Wallingford that is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. If you have the following criteria please forward your resume for review.
Primary Duties:
• Track inbound leads, monitor progress/conversions with updates from salespeople
• Organize, schedule, and promote regional workshops and trade show presentations/exhibitions
• Monitor and improve Google Analytics
• Update and Optimize website
• Coordinate, send out and monitor results of Email Blasts
• Organize, promote, and run technical webinars for clients
• Promote company awareness and partnerships by applying for approved subcontractor databases for top environmental consultants
• Create technical posters and marketing materials for trade shows
• Maintain the integrity of our CRM
Requirements:
• B.S. degree a must
• Min 5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience
• Google Analytics, SEO and WordPress experience a must
• E-mail marketing experience a must
• Salesforce a HUGE plus

Our client has a Temporary Full-Time Position for a Customer Service Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responds to customers' phone, email & online chat inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
• Uses general office equipment including Salesforce helpdesk software and MS Office.
• Uses the telephone and speaks in a clear, courteous manner.
• Communicates with team and management regarding product issues and solutions to problems.
• Uses technical background and software/hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Uses company products to gain an understanding of their use and how to troubleshoot.
• Tests and reports on company hardware/software.
• Prioritizes and organizes responses to maximize efficiency in responding to customers.
Job Requirements:
• Entry-level will train.
• Some prior work experience and/or college preferred.
• Avid gamer preferred: (Xbox One, PS4, Switch, PC, Mac).
• Ability to troubleshoot software & hardware; technical background or aptitude.
• Prior experience handling a high volume of emails strongly preferred.
• 50 WPM minimum typing.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS with an emphasis on Audio, Multimedia.
• Knowledge of console and/or PC game technology, preferably in an on-line gaming setting.
• Knowledge, prior experience with Salesforce CRM a plus.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3-5 year's relevant experience in the finance industry and/or public accounting
Experience with monthly close processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
