Sample speed/agility/cod workout. It doesnโt have to be fancy, but it should be done maximally with some fun/competitive components to it. First we have some max effort linear sprints. We followed this with a partner chase drill where the lead player has to go opposite of where the person hiding behind the box or mat is set up. Lastly we have a fun 5 min bout of a elementary school game that also happens to be a tremendous change of direction challenge. Yes, we ended with some sharks and minnows ๐๐.
