We're two school and industry educated chefs who are looking to gain a better appreciation for where the food we cook with comes from, and who grows it. We hope to gain a better appreciation of what goes into growing the produce we use everyday, by not only cooking with it, but by being a part the process from beginning to end.

John and Eva Moore are two of the most selfless and generous people we know. When we could no longer have dinners at our original location, they welcomed us with open arms to hold our dinners Now, they’re teaming up with the extremely talented team to help us once again, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
