The Dutch Udder Craft Ice Cream

We use NY dairy along with local ingredients from other Capital area businesses. At the DU we put a beer centric twist into many of our flavors and constantly think beyond Vanilla. Even before we served our first scoop of ice cream we had always hoped to someday find a home in Troy, so we gave our cow wings just like the Troy Flying Horses.
