Another project we worked on was listed in the Albany Business Review as Best Transformation of the Year. Back in late 2019, just when COVID-19 was starting to spread across the world, we installed the pavement markings in this parking lot that New Castle Paving, LLC. paved. We're glad to see the plaza survived through the pandemic and is thriving! Scarlet Knife surely is a must-visit remarkable restaurant.
