DIRECT CARE POSITIONS now open in Marion, Ohio.

Basinger, Inc. is a non-profit provider of Adult Day Support, Homemaker Personal Care, HPC Transportation, Non-Medical Transportation, and Supported Living for individuals in Miami County. We are looking to hire qualified personnel to work directly with individuals in their homes.

Job Description: (Please note all services are based on the individual specific plan)
Work in a residential setting assisting individuals served in becoming self-sufficient, self-advocating, self-driven individuals.

Daily responsibilities may include:
Assisting individuals to achieve and exceed their personal goals based on their individual specific plan
Provide structure and emotional support
Assist in the facilitation of resolving behavioral issues, and providing redirection
Assist individuals with personal hygiene if needed
Complete detailed, accurate documentation as assigned
Transport individuals to and from medical appointments and recreation activities
Cooking and light housekeeping may also be required

We are looking for males and females to full time/part time positions asap.

No experience required, however experience is a plus.

Positive
Reliable
Compassionate
Able to provide re-direction, and set a good example for the individuals we serve.
Must be able to pass background check
Must be able to pass drug screen
Have valid driver license/insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Ged or high school diploma

Our company provides delegated nursing training to our employees, crisis prevention training if needed, and first aid/cpr.
