12/24/2023

Was able to shed some more weight at this Sunday mornings weekly weigh in. Increase my sparring activity this week to 2 times a week. Things are starting to come together. Focus on staying consistent. Started this morning with an hour on the treadmill. Merry Christmas Eve.

12/17/2023

So this week I wasn’t able to get as many work outs in. Have had some cold. So I doubled down on my diet this week and tried to eat super clean!

Only missed my weekly goal by 0.4 lbs. I will take it. Starting to feel better. Looking for a great week! We grind because we have to not when it feels good!
