This is unacceptable. I took my wife out to eat at your Novi, MI location last night and we received not one set of dirty silverware but FOUR! We both had a dirty set and asked for a new set and those 2 were dirty as well. And our appetizer plates came to us clearly not clean and greasy also. I respectfully ask you to step your game up at this location immediately…P.S. our server was wonderful about the situation so do not punish her. This seems to be a managerial and dishwashing issue.
