Rufus has officially submitted an application to join and at in September.

His comedy style?

Deadpan.

I told him three jokes while we were taking his photos.

Not even a courtesy tail wag.

But here's the plot twist...

Rufus isn't actually judging anyone. (Not all the time anyway) Behind that legendary Resting Pit Face is a goofy, toy-obsessed sweetheart who could happily entertain himself for hours before cashing in his comedian paycheck for couch cuddles.

He'd love to be your one and only four-legged roommate, where he can keep his toy collection all to himself and spend his days making you laugh—even when he looks like he's filing a complaint with HR.

So if The Coney Detroit happens to be looking for an opening act, Rufus is ready.
