pick up same day/deliver tomorrow (same day if possible for small loads) $5 extra per 50lbs

Fluffy Fee- $5 extra per item for large and/or fluffy things that require me to wash them alone. Examples- Comforters, Bathmats, Puffy Coats and jackets, sleeping bags, etc. Like a good mom, I'll tell it to you straight.

$15 Minimum

PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE DELIVERY FOR CREDIT/DEBIT and AT DELIVERY FOR CASH (receipt will be given). Laundry will not be returned until payment is made. (please don't make me go there)

SIMPLE POLICIES

1. NO UNSANITARY OR UNSAFE LAUNDRY! I'm a mom, not a biohazard service. I cannot accept anything with bodily fluids (urine, f***s, vomit, blood, etc), or dangerous, corrosive, or flammable chemicals (keep the science projects in the lab, boys and girls).

2. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Pre-existing damage or stains. These will be documented and I will text you pictures so that we are on the same page. Items that you left in your pocket. I do check check and will return any treasures that I find, HOWEVER, please make sure to remove pens, crayons, lighters, candy, toys, credit cards, body parts, etc before you pack it up. Color Bleeding due to new items that you did not warn me about. If you have included a new red shirt or a pair of dark blue jeans that has never been washed before, or anything else that could bleed please let me know so that I can wash those separately... unless tie dye is your jam.

3. MY LAUNDRY PROCESS (Detergent and other products, folding and packing, hang dry, and more. Products- Your service includes Wash, Dry, Fold. I wash everything on cold using Persil Detergent and occasionally OxyClean and Bounce Pet Hair dryer sheets as needed. If you would like other products (a different detergent, scent beads, fabric softener, etc) I would be happy to use them as long as you supply them. Please make sure they are in their original containers so that can know they are safe for me High Efficiency Machine. Hang Dry- If any item's tag says to not put it in the dryer I will hang dry it. If you would like other items hung dry, please let me know at the time of ordering. If you would like you items returned to you hung up, please include hangers. Note:Hung items will be weighed on their hangers. Folding/Packing - Unless hangers are provided all items will be folded neatly and either packed in clear plastic bags with a bow or back into your laundry bag if you prefer. MY #1 Policy- AS YOUR LAUNDRY MOM I PROMISE TO TREAT YOU AND YOUR ITEMS JUST LIKE MY OWN FAMILY. I WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH AND TREAT YOUR THINGS WITH TLC!
