Ever seen coffee before it’s roasted?
These are green beans the raw seeds of the coffee cherry. They’re packed with potential flavor but have no aroma (yet!).
Each origin produces different bean density, moisture, and flavor precursors.
The roast simply unlocks what the land already gave us!

Did you know that before roasting coffee there’s a few other processes that come first?
One of them is the sun drying process!
After harvest, coffee cherries are spread across patios or raised beds to dry naturally. It’s a slow, careful process that can take up to 3 weeks.
Each turn of the rake ensures even drying, protecting the beans and locking in sweetness.
This is the moment when tropical fruit notes, nutty undertones, and natural sugars start to develop!
It’s the start to a great roast that then moves to your cup!
