Title: Solar Installation Manager & Crew (Delaware/NJ/Pennsylvania)

Salary: $55,000-$70,000

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Crew Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of installers in the construction of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of a solar installation crew.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and sub-contractors.

Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.

Develop and implement project schedules and ensure projects are completed on time.

Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.

Conduct safety and job site training for the crew.

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in the installation of solar PV systems.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of electrical theory, building codes, and safety procedures.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
