When you reserve Riverview 401, you get exclusive access to both the Upper and Lower units — perfect for larger families, groups, or couples traveling together who want to share one property but still have their own space.
Together, these two condos feature 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 16 guests. Enjoy spectacular views of West Grand Traverse Bay from inside and from the spacious outdoor patios and rooftop terrace.
Secure, covered onsite parking is included for two vehicles.
Beginning in summer 2026, guests will also enjoy the use of two private boat slips (up to 25 feet each).
Please note: there is no onsite boat trailer parking—check with management for nearby options or local boat rental recommendations.

FOUR SEASONS ON BASS LAKE
The home can accommodate 12 guests - 2 additional guests may be added if they are children. This gorgeous 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath home is nestled in the woods on all-sports Bass Lake in Interlochen. Two bedrooms on the main floor feature queen-size beds, and share 2 1/2 bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find a primary suite with king-size bed, spacious sitting area overlooking the water, couch, Smart TV, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, basin & separate toilet area.
There are additional bedrooms (king bed and two twins) and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. Three additional twin beds are tucked into a 'sleeper car' cubby off the hall. The main gourmet kitchen is stocked with appliances, 2 coffeemakers (pod and drip), a coffee grinder, and more! The kitchen is flanked by two separate dining areas: one water view and one overlooking the sweeping front lawn. There is a second kitchen off the smaller living area that features a breakfast bar, drip coffeemaker, and full-size appliances to allow for more 'cooks' when preparing meals for larger gatherings.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use after adventures of all kinds. The main living room is airy and bright with a beautiful stone fireplace, a large flat-screen Roku smart TV, and comfortable and plush furnishings. Stay connected with free WIFI. Covered wrap-around porches, screened sitting room and spacious decks invite you to restore mind, body, and spirit in a peaceful and private setting on the water. A gas grill, fire pit, two picnic tables, and lots of seating allow you to truly live outdoors.
An upstairs game room provides amusement on rainy days or for spirited family contests, and a downstairs piano room is available for any musicians (aspiring or otherwise) in the group. There is an additional 1-bedroom apartment located above the main house that has a queen bed in the bedroom, full bath, kitchen, and small living room with Roku TV for family or friends who'd enjoy an escape of their own! Ceiling fans throughout, 5 Roku smart TVs & wi-fi all combine to make this all-inclusive vacation spot one that will make your family feel right at home!

Bass lake spans over 100 acres and has a robust population of Crappie, Sunfish and Small Mouth Bass. Fish from boat, dock or shore.

Head into Traverse City, just 20 minutes away, and enjoy a bustling downtown shopping and restaurant district with local brew pubs and home to the beautifully restored State Street theater. Or check out one of the last old-fashioned drive-in theaters minutes away in Honor.

Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.
We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and or dishwasher tabs if dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed.
