Trauma, grief and depression.
Grief : you miss and talk about the other.
Depression: you are not good enough. The critic within is alive and well.
Trauma: the world is not safe, I am not safe, you are not safe.

Nature with its perpetual changes invites us to welcome changes in our own life and body and relationships. Everything which was given to us, we have to give back to the universe. May we enjoy and cherish the ones we love and never take their presence for granted.
