Client Shoutout Linda!!

Shout out to Linda 💪 she’s been training with me 7+ years. Not only is she a pro with working out, she is constantly surprising me with her strength, endurance and willing to push herself to the max. She holds the longest wall-sit at 3:04min and longest plank at 4:05min while doing her assessments.

I’m incredibly proud of her and so happy to be able to call her a good friend. Congrats Linda to all of your accomplishments! Thank you for all of your support and love over these years.

I asked her a few questions!

What does working out mean to you?
Working out means helping me to stay active. Motivates me to be a better version of myself. Helps me to relieve stress. At times it is my happy place.

What’s your favorite exercise?
My favorite exercise I am not sure if I can name just one. I love learning new exercises and the combinations of exercises that my great trainer puts together for me. She really knows how to push me but in a good way🩷 I always love a good plank and wall sit.

What’s an accomplishment you’re really proud of?
What am I proud of: the improvement in my balance and coordination. Being able to increase my weights and to be able to show improvement with each assessment we do.

What is REAL?!

I don’t know about you but it’s getting harder and harder to figure out influencers that are 🤖
They take content from real people that have either lost weight, shared advice and experiences or specializes in some sort of sport. They twist that content into something that we think is attainable and achievable. Like losing a significant amount of weight in only 10 days or getting a bigger butt with just these 3 exercises. The sad part is, lots of brands/companies are starting to do that as well. This drink is going to help your “leaky gut”. This electrolyte drink will boost your energy and help you run a marathon.

Be diligent on what you watch 🩷 know what’s real. Ask questions. Research credible sources.

You know what is real. Like this little mini me. High fives, hugs, bad jokes during workouts by your trainer… ALL REAL. Don’t pay too much attention on something that could be fake. Be present with what’s in front of you right now. 💪🥰
