The blond beauty was pronounced dead Monday afternoon, police authorities told BBC News.

Peaches Geldof, the daughter of musician Bob Geldof, has died. She was 25.

Authorities were called to a Kent residence Monday afternoon, according to BBC News, after at least one report of "concern for the welfare of a woman."

The woman was later pronounced dead by South East Coast Ambulance services, the news site confirmed.

Geldof, who had a blossoming career in media, had been a contributor to the Telegraph and Guardian newspapers since she was 15, and had been a reporter for ITV's show "OMG!”

The cause of her death has not yet been revealed, but police are classifying it as “unexplained and sudden.”

Geldof had been known to struggle with substance abuse in the past. Her mother, Paula Yates, died of a drug overdose in 2000.

According to the National Association for Children of Alcoholics, children of addicted parents are the highest risk group of children to become alcohol and drug abusers due to both genetic and family environment factors. And these children also have much higher rates of behavioral problems such as running away as well as incarceration.

Like the old saying goes, “We can’t choose our parents” but, as adults, we CAN choose our environment. So what will provide a better path to success? Beginning your life after rehab by returning to the same day-to-day environment and friends or purposefully choosing a path that doesn’t include constant temptation?
