Lawn Brigade is looking to add a Crew Leader and Experienced
Mow Crew Members to the Team.
We are a Locally Owned and Operated Company.
We have a work hard, play hard mentality.
Crew Leader Position will be in charge of over-seeing crew members, while also contributing to the daily responsibilities.
Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:
*Coordinating and Leading the crew
*Prioritizing and Monitoring assignments
*Mowing, Trimming, and Edging
*Mulching, Pruning, and Inspecting
Experience:
*Previous Leadership
*Mechanical
*Lawn Care-1 year Preferred
Skills:
*Self-Motivated
*Ability to operate equipment
*Ability to lead, plan, and organize
*Ability to work in a safe, timely and efficient manner
*Friendly and Professional
Requirements:
*Valid Drivers License
*Reliable Transportation
*Display a Professional Appearance
*Reliable, Punctual, and Responsible
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour Based on Experience
Experienced Mow Crew Members:
*1 Year Experience in mowing commercial and residential properties is preferred
*Valid Drivers License
*Reliable Transportation
*Self Motivated, Reliable, Punctual
*Ability to operate Equipment
*Display a Professional Appearance
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per Hour based on Experience

• Previous leadership
• Mechanical
• Lawn Care - 2 year (Preferred)
• Snow Removal - 2 years (Preferred)
Skills:
• Self-motivated, reliable and highly driven with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lead, plan and organize
• Ability to operate equipment
• Ability to work in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Friendly and professional
Requirements:
• Clean driving record with valid drivers license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work 40+ hours a week
• Reliable transportation
