The war in Iran has made the United States of America less safe. We have used up our military stockpiles in a conflict we had no business being involved in. This is not America First. This is putting America at risk.

I say it all the time, but I'm going to say it again. The American people are not each others' enemies, but we will hand a victory to the actual enemies of the US if We the People do not recognize that they have divided us on purpose and start communicating with each other again to figure out the whole truth.

It doesn't matter who's right and who's wrong, it only matters what is right and what is wrong. It's time for We the People to say we no longer care who started it, we are stopping it, because we love our country enough to do it. The true Patriots are the ones willing to do this hard work. Congress has failed us. We the People must save us.

Last year, I made a video about the Aug 4 vote on the amendment to allow for the election of the Supreme Court Justices in Kansas. I did the research. I did another video this year on the same issue.

Do we have any interest in a virtual roundtable on this issue? A place where we can come together and discuss everyone's views -- pros or cons? I'd be happy to host such if we have enough interest.

Some of my team and I spent part of today at a vigil outside of an ICE detention facility in Leavenworth. There is an organization that is holding weekly vigils and helping families of detainees with resources.

I met two of these families today. I spoke to two mothers who had brought their children to see their dads on Father's Day. Both women are Kansas moms married to immigrants who never committed a crime, who were in the process of obtaining lawful permanent residency.

The children I met were almost 2, 7, and 11. The 7 year old's favorite subject is PE. The 11 year old loves art and reading. She graduated from elementary last month. Her father has been held since the beginning of May, so he was not able to attend.

We had her tell a bit of her story, and we will be posting that video when we can. But those kids do not deserve this. Be outraged. I know I am.

Oh, dads. Putting their kids in peril and saving them from it since day 1. God love them. Here's to all the fathers out there. To my wonderful grandfathers whom I miss dearly. To my amazing Dad, gone way, way too soon and whom I think I actually miss more the older I get. Nothing like being a daddy's girl. To my Baba-in-law who has put up with as much as a father would from a daughter and continued to love me like his own, and to the Abba of my kids who absolutely adore you. To my brothers, both amazing fathers to their wonderful children, all of whom I don't get to see enough, but love with all I have. And of course, to my children's ultimate playmate, provider, protector, human trampoline, human swing set, human trapeze, stealer of toys, the third child in the group who I have to make share the most often, the best role model I could ask for for them, their hero, their tormentor, their toothbrushes, my sweetheart, and so much more, Nikhil. Thank you for all you do. ❤️

The good and the bad. If you are mourning today, we see you. If you are celebrating today, we celebrate with you. If you are angry with your father, we get it. But I hope that ultimately, you are blessed with a father figure in your life that you know will be there, even if you aren’t on the best of terms now, but if you really need him, he’ll be there.

Today is National American Eagle Day! Celebrated on June 20 every year, this date commemorates the anniversary of the Bald Eagle’s selection as the national emblem on the Great Seal in 1782.

In addition to being an icon of the United States, Bald Eagles also have an inspiring conservation success story. In the 1960s, the pesticide DDT caused a huge decline in the eagle population. By 1963, there were only 417 nests in the lower 48 states. In 1972, the use of DDT in agriculture was banned. Thanks to that and other protections, by 2023, there were 71,400 eagle nests in the lower 48 states! Next time you see an eagle in the sky, remember the conservation action that brought them back from the brink, and feel inspired to take action for all birds and the places they need.
