🚧📣Exciting News for Shawnee County's NW 46th Street Improvement Project 🚧
The new pedestrian bridge over Half Day Creek has been installed!
The bridge is an exciting milestone in the project, providing a safer and more accessible route for pedestrians🚶‍♀️ and cyclists🚴‍♂️ once the full project is complete.

We can't wait to see the new plans take shape! Transforming the property into much more than a shopping destination - a community hub where friends and families can gather, connect, play and celebrate.

SBB is thrilled to be a part of the amazing team that's bringing a new playground to the kids at Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka! Taking part in the groundbreaking ceremony - marking the start of something special for the kids in our community and seeing the kids imagining their new space to play, grow and belong makes it all worthwhile. We can't wait to watch this incredible project come to life!

📣City of Topeka Soldier Creek Levee Improvement Project Now Open for Construction Bid📣

The design improvements for the City of Topeka's Soldier Creek Levee Project are now complete and officially open for bid. This project was designed to enhance flood protection and enhance safety for our community by raising the levee grade between US 75 and Menoken Road.
