We have been honored to partner with so many clients over the years who have also become our friends. In the process of providing team training, we quickly saw a need for services such as strategic planning, facilitating strategic executive team discussions, and one-on-one leadership coaching. In response to this need and to keep pace with the steady growth in our business, we expanded our team and our services and are excited to announce that Momentum Leadership Consulting will now operate as The Momentum Group. This slight change in branding reflects our team approach to providing solutions to our clients in the ever-changing business, church, and nonprofit sectors.

We now offer a full range of services, and would love to design a unique roadmap for your organization that includes: building cohesion and clarity among your executive leadership team, a full training menu for any size group (using DiSC or more than a dozen other subjects), building effective processes for hiring and performance reviews, a one-on-one leader coaching program for new and developing leaders, and access to a growing library of teaching videos for learning at your own pace and convenience.
