In recognition of Elder Abuse Awareness Month and World Elder Abuse Awareness Day on June 15, join us for a series of community presentations focused on durable powers of attorney and protecting older Kansans from financial exploitation.

In partnership with Kansas Legal Services, Inc., the Kansas Attorney General, the Kansas Insurance Department, the Senior Resource Center - SRC, Capitol Federal, Arcare, Fidelity Bank and regional area agencies on aging and disabilities, these presentations will take place statewide over the next two weeks – and, new this year, virtually as well.

This Memorial Day, AARP Kansas honors and remembers the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
We are reminded of the immense value of our freedoms—and the heroes who gave their lives so we could live free.
As we gather with family and friends, we pause to reflect on the true meaning of this day. We will never forget those who gave everything in service to our nation.
