TDC programs include: Full Day Care, Employee Sponsored Child Care, Parent-Child Learning Center, Preschool Program, Drop-In Care and Summer Preschool Camps. The Parent-Child Learning Center is a cooperative educational program and serves ages 2 weeks - 6 years with the primary population being the teen parents at Highland Park High School, but also offers services to the public as space allows.
