This past week we were able to visit Finca Esperanza, the farm of Ana Maria Vizciano. Through our time there, we learned about the measures that Ana and her team undergo to ensure sustainability and maintain high quality coffee farming. The whole farm is certified organic, she’s intentional about biodiversity and also invests long term in her farmers by paying them a consistent and fair wage. When she has been pursuaded to switch crops, or cut corners, Ana has been consistent in her efforts to grow and process specialty coffee while doing good by the land & people. We love her mission and are excited to feature her coffee in the coming weeks.
